Chart not displaying properly....

I need some help in figuring out why this chart has such a long 5 min candle. Same thing
happens on a 1 or 2 minute chart. I have NT& ver21 w/ zenfire. I have repaired the DB and reset it. I have reloaded all historical data and still can't figure out why I'm getting these large bars. Any suggestions?

What instrument and expiry are you loading?
Please try the following...
1. Close all workspaces
2. Open a new workspace
3. Open a blank chart with no templates or indicators and try the instrument there

I tried all that and nothing works. I've restarted NT and loaded a blank chart and still getting this
anomaly on this chart. Any ideas?

Hi jeffalan2112,

The CL 11-10 has not expired yet, and will not do so until next month. Use the CL 11-10 contract.
