Performance Issues

I am loading 7 proprietary indicators on NT 7 (build 21) on a 220-tick chart with 45 days of lookback data (Zen-Fire). It takes close to 2 full minutes to load all 7 indicators, and obviously each time I change the parameter of one indicator and re-apply it, that's another 2 minutes and so on. Bottom line it takes forever and my patience is running thin.

So two questions:
(1) are there performance guidelines somwhere for NinjaScript? i.e. how to improve performance, things to avoid, etc.
(2) what could be taking so long when I load all indicators? The strange thing is that if I load the indicators one by one, they only take a few seconds each. However when I combine them it takes much longer (not linear)
