Reload Historical Data Through External Data Feed

Is there a way to implement historical data reload function for external data feed?

Now I am using external data feed to feed some live data. However, every time I open a chart, NT says that it can't reload historical data for that chart. Note that I'm not talking about historical data available within NT's database, but the data available outside NT. For example, my external data feed may has its own historical database, and I want to feed some old data to NT upon NT's REQUEST. I read the manual of NT7, but I don't see any way to wait for a request.

Unfortunately this is not supported. You can import historical data manually via the Historical Data Manager. More information can be found at the link below.
