5 second chart range indicator

hi,

i'm new to ninjatrader, i only coded mq4. i want to program a strategy which uses the 5-sec-chart and enters the market when the difference between high and low on a 5sec-chart has a certain amount of pips.

with mt4 it is too difficult because because they don'toffer a 5sec-chart. is this strategy easy possible with ninjatrader? if something like that already exists perhaps someone could post the code.
