IB: how to display half pip on the y-axis

I don't see the option to display half pip on the chart. I do see it on the price and DOM.

Thanks for the clarification.

Please double click on the price axis in your chart to open the Chart Panel Properties menu.

In that menu, you will be setting the 'Horizontal Grid Line Interval Type' and 'Horizontal Grid Line Interval Value' properties.
