Getting good data from simulator

Hi, everytime i try to use my SIM 101 acct i get really choppy price on my charts which makes it useless to practice on. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Also the data seems to be very slow and it takes forever to get enough bars on my chart to start trading. Is there reason why it is slower than the regular market? I use it in the evenings so is it trying to mimic the market volume at those hours of the day or is it just always the same speed?

So that I can better understand the issue you are experiencing, please provide a screenshot of the chart in question.

To send a screenshot:
1. Press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the window.
2. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint,
3. Press CRTL + V to paste the image.
4. Please make sure you save the file in jpeg format.
