Commission Schedule

I'm having problem setting up a commission schedule for my trades.

With Advantage Futures, the schedule is as follows:

$1.60 = first 100 contracts
$1.30 = next 900 contracts
$1.10 = next 1000 contracts
$0.90 = next 3000 contracts
$0.80 = next 5000 contracts
$0.68 = onwards

So, under the Commission tab, I set up 6 tiers of commission, with $0.68 having 0 units, and arranged them according to the above sequence.

However, when I click OK and close the window, NT automatically rearranges them, based on highest unit first, into the following sequence:

$0.80 / 5000
$0.90 / 3000
$1.10 / 1000
etc.

Hence, my first 5000 contracts is calculated at $0.80, which is incorrect. Is there any way to fix this?
