Merging Trade Data

Had to trade on my laptop today; is there a way to merge today's trade execution data into Ninja on my main trading computer, or am I always going to be missing todays' trades? Thanks.

Yes, it is possible for you to add missing executions to your NinjaTrader.

Still Confused

Thanks for your fast reply, but, after reading the links information, I don't see how I can import a full days trading into the existing database automatically, or using Excel as an intermediary step. Surely, its not a one at a time process??

Hi Pivot44:

To confirm the posting by Chris, missing executions must be added one by one via the process outlined in the help guide.

We do not have an import function to automatically import a full day of trading executions. I will suggest this feature be added to our list of possible future enhancements to the NT application.

Most traders who use this function within NT are only adding 1 or 2 missing trade executions and are not importing a full day or week's worth of trade executions.
