about datafeeds TT

hi
with datafeeds TT i have to always be connected to internet for not loose to date on the chart?
now i'm tryng a demo and it seem don't loose anything if i'm disconnect.Is it th same in live account?
other question i'have read that with TT is it not possible to keep position overnight. is it truth?

Thank you for your forum post.

Not when you have a license that enables you for historical data with TT. You must now have a license that is able to access historical data, there are a few demo licenses that do this and also all live TT licenses will do this as well. So it seems you are good to go. With NinjaTrader 6.5 you will have access to historical tick data and historical minute data.

As far as holding positions overnight this is not recommended or supported by NinjaTrader. As if you hold positions overnight, open position size and average price may be incorrectly reported in NinjaTrader with the TT connection.
