simply wont install ninjatrader...?

i have windows 7 and have microsoft fx.2 and i try and download ninjatrader and it just says, failed to download ninjatrader.

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

• Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
• Delete your browsing history
• Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:

• Repeat above instructions
• Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

i tried it on IE after mozilla and still didn't work
