Static SuperDom?

I just upgraded today to the latest version and noticed that the Static SuperDOM that I used to use when I was evaluating this isn't there anymore? Can someone please help me point to how to access it? I thought it was in the File/New menu?

Static SuperDOM is not support for Live Forex trading.

Ok but I was using it to trade futures: CL, ES, NG, etc.

It was available the other day before I purchased a license / upgraded. I sent an email to support with my license #.
