Strategy distribution problem

Hi,

I have a custom strategy I wrote that works perfectly on my computer. I have an associate that wanted to try running the strategy on his computer.

Everything appears to work fine with the exception of actually placing orders. No orders are sent even though all the output print statements give the appearance of going through the code properly.

Is there any parameter, check box, etc. that if I have enabled and he doesn't that could account for this behavior?

I have looked at everything I know to look at and cannot come up with anything that can account for this. As an aside, looking in the log, no orders of any type are being placed.
