Esignal question

Do any you know if I need esignal's Qlink (Dynamic Data Exchange) add-on in order to use it with NT7?

Hi, anybody familiar with what esignal offers, can you explain me if I need to get the whole esignal charting package in order to get their data feed for NT 7.0 or if they offer just data feed for other programs and where can I find out about pricinig? many thanks
