HOW to load TICK-IBIS from IB feed

Hi,
I'm looking for the right symbol to load for the TICK-IBIS (dax tick like nyse tick) from IB feed. What's the symbol??? Thanks

Hello jfw215,

Unfortunately this instrument is not listed by default in NinjaTrader - you will need to create a new instrument in the Instrument Manager.

Can you please check if you receive data if you create a new instrument as per the attached screenshots. Unfortunately I do not have an IB account available that is authorized as per the TICK-IBIS index, so I could not check if these settings will work.

You can create new instruments as follows. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager and click New.
