Flatten All question

Sorry for the newbie question:

I'd like to close all my positions just before 1 PM Pacific time each day. So:

1. Am I correct in assuming I do this by choosing Tools->Options, and checking the Flatten all checkbox?

2. By default, the time for flattening is pre-filled with 12:00:00 AM. Is this the Chicago (exchange) timezone, or my (local) timezone?

1) Yes, that's the place.

2) It will use your local time zone for flatten all.
