15 min candle not working?

I installed the newest version of Ninjatrader yesterday and now my 15 min candle on the ES 12-10 is just displaying distorted lines?

Thank you for your note, and welcome to the Support Forum.

Can you please attach an image of the chart to this thread. To attach a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file.

Also, can you please let us know which data provider you are using.

thanks, is there anyways to display data further back than 2 weeks on the charts? my data provider is Trading technologies

If you right click on the chart and then select Data Series you can then change Load Data option, and increase the number of days defined in that location, as well.
