60 min charts with bar starting at open

Is it possible to have a ES (E-mini) 24 hour, 60 min chart, with the bars starting at half past the hour so that we have a new bar at the open instead of starting at the top of the hour?

There is an option in TradeStation called use "Session Hours", wondering if we can do the same here on NT.

For this custom session begin & end times you will want to manage these depending on which version of NinjaTrader you are working with. Please check out the following.
In NinjaTrader 6.5:
Right-click on the chart & select Properties
