Error loading data zen

Is this a Zen or a NT issue? if zen who supports?

This error indicates issue reaching NinjaTrader historical data servers.
Please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you run in to the same issue.

Restart same issue,, this also causes the nasty window to come up that" ninja has to restart".. had to remove the contract before could get a clean restart!

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.2010910.txt'.

This issue has really hosed up my PC .. cant restart without getting errors.. Gonna reload NT.

Good grief upgraded to 21 now can get any data.. Hope ur not messing with ur server and I'm the beta tester...............

To resolve this issue:
- Uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via Windows Control Panel
- Delete the folder C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7 if you have a 32-bit machine OR
- Delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 if you have a 64-bit machine
NOTE: Deleting these directories will remove any custom sounds you may have
- Install NinjaTrader 7 Beta 21

The last error you mentioned would occur to any user who did not follow the steps labeled 'Critical Upgrade Instructions' at the download page.

I had 17 level and did not see any special instructions, only lower levels,, did I miss it or misread?
