No CL Historical Tick Data

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20101004.txt'.

Hi. Is there a solution to this problem yet? I also can not download data using the histroical data manager for the continous or current CL contracts with zenfire data feed.

Hello Driftintoad,

Please note that continuous data (##-##) is not supported with Zen-Fire.

I tested loading data for the CL 05-11 instrument from 1/1/2011 to 4/1/4/2011 and it loaded all requested data.

Can you please try a disconnect/re-connect of the Zen-Fire data feed and check if this will allow you to download the data.

What happens if you create a chart for the same historical data set? Does it display the requested data in the chart?

Do you see the downloaded historical data in the Edit-tab of the Historical Data Manager?
