Can't send mail to Support

    Can't send mail to Support

    Hi
    I have a new problem, by opening Stock CON / Xetra in the Chart or Market Analyzer I become a error message (see attachment) and because of a mail timeout error I can't send you the trace files.
    How can I found and send you this trace files manually?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:

    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) Your most current trace file.
    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100908.txt'.
