Cannot connect to account

Cannot connect to account
When I try to connect to my live trading account it says, Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection. My internet is fine since I can connect to historical data feed. It won't even connect to simulated zenfire. I think something with zenfire is the problem but have no idea what to do since I have reinstalled more than once. It is Ninja 7 by the way and I have latest version.Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
Please take the following steps:
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
- Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
If this does not do the trick for you, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.
In the message, include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your username and password so that I may test the connection on my end so as to confirm it's working status.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
