data download reset

I'm using NT7 and PFG. When I reload all historical data it sometimes gets stuck on a type of data i.e. DX 03-10 (current problem).

Can I hit a reset button to jog it out of this problem or do I have to shut down. It will stay on this download forever.


also is there a broker thast has good data feeds with limited NT problems.

Thank you for your post.

For this issue, I will need you to send us your Log & Trace files.

These files can be found in the (My) Documents folder in the following folders:
1. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt


If you are using NinjaTrader 7 then just substitute 7 for 6.5 in the file path above.

Make sure to attach these text (.txt) files to your response/email and send to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

Note: We support each brokers & data providers equally. However you may want to ask other traders here on the forum what their experiences have been & who they would recommend.
