Why is it when I loose a connection all the working orders go as well this is not a good situation. In the order book under status it says unknown

a) which broker/technology is this?
b) is this your live account or the sim account?
c) to clarify: this is not as you manually disconnect, but the connection status in the status bar goes to red or orange, comes back to green and then all order orders (or just a few?) have status Unknown?
d) I suppose you are on latest 6.0.1000.5, no?
