Hello, I am new to NT. I want to connect NT to my broker, but am playing with it first to see if it is right for me.
I am trying to chart some imported data from TickWrite. NT says that the data has imported correctly and I can see it in the Edit tab of Historical Data Manager. The contract is GE 06-12 I have imported 'tick' data with second accuracy, and NT has also created minute bars. I have from 2 Aug - 3 Sep 2010.
When I to File -> New -> Chart and select either tick or minute data the chart is always empty. I have been reading some of the other post on this forum of users that had similar problems, so have tried, deleting instrument and refining, deleting data and reimporting, specifying known good date ranges, and one user forund that he couldn't import using v6.5 but v7 was fine - I am using v7.
