SuperDOM not showing trade

I used my quick buttons to enter a buy trade at the bid price for 4 contracts. the market bounced down to my price and filled only 1 contract then headed up. I did not want it to go past my profit target without filling so i cancel the remaining 3 contract buy a bid. When i did the SuperDom did not show my single contract still in play. How can i prevent this from happening again?

Did you have NT set to submit at least one stop once this cancelled order was filled? If yes, what does the log of the control center window say? Is there some sort of an error message for an order rejection?

Im not sure where i would set NT to submit a stop once an order is canceled. When I canceled the remaining order and the SuperDOM did not show my single contract i right clicked and selected flatten everything.

I think you misunderstood my question. Did you have a strategy that was going to submit some stops and targets once the original order was filled?

No, i did not use any strategy, i used the entry for the setup and then quick buttons for the execution. My entry set up was pos type: Stop /2t, Contracts: 4, Stop Loss: 1, T1 Profit: 1, T2 Qty: 3, T2 Profit: 3. I entered the position with a quick button buy at bid, and was only able to get one contract at the bid price before it took off.

Did you check the log after you cancelled the order? Was the stop and target that was submitted rejected?

I did look through the log but did not see any rejection statements, but now since i have closed down NT the log is no longer available.
