How to set renko chart in NT7

When I set sbsrenko in NT7, I find it only show in trading time.
After close&save the template and restart the NT7 again all the data is gone!
I use td ameritrade as my data feed.

Hello roadshow,

Renko bars are built by tick data. Please see the link below under 'Understanding the underlying base data type required for constructing various chart bars'.

Unfortunately TD AMERITRADE does not support historical tick data, so you will only plot Renko data for the real-time data you receive.

Thanks for you reply Jason.
But when I use NT6.5 it can plot(maybe 'record'or'show') historical tick data.
This is yesterday data in NT6.5. I dont conncet the data feed yet.

Likely, you saved the real-time tick data in the NinjaTrader database, so it is displayed as historical data in future sessions.

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and check if 'Store real-time bar data' is enabled. This option will save incoming real-time data in your database.

This option is available in NinjaTrader 7 as well. You can find it at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab-->'Save chart data as historical'.
