Does the name registered to tradestatoin have to be the same name registered to NT?

like if it's john doe's tradestation, and mary smith buy a NT account and uses John Doe's tradestation to initate her orders?

Thanks for the clarification.

Our policy is that the person using NT is the person who paid for it. If Mary Smith is paid for NT and is using it to trade her account, it does not matter to us where the source of here automated trading signals come from.
