missing data

im missing data from friday ive repaired the data base and re connected several times and it is strill messsed up Is this my issue or wide spread?

ok stranger stil if i pull up volume or tick charts i can get the data just not on a time based chart?

Can you please answer the following questions so I may further assist:

• What version of NinjaTrader do you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.
• What data provider are you connecting to within NinjaTrader?
• Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
• Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
• Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
• What time interval chart are you attempting to open?
• When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
• What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load?

ok that did it thanks I thought repairing the data base would do the same thing
