    All historical data in charts is condensed in one bar

    I instaled the new version 6.0.1000.5 this morning after the .4 was giving a memory error. Now all the historical data is displayed in one bar with the drawings, lines and numbers written by me. Any Idea on how to correct this? Here's th chart:

    Hello,

    Looking at you chart, it looks like the data is coming in correctly. I was wondering who your data feed provider is as they may not provide historical data.

      Thank you Chris for replying, I always had historical data when I used the prior version. My provider is Zen Fire. It apears the problem started when I instaled the new version earlier today.

        Hi Latil:

        Let's try this, while connected to Zenfire, go to Tools > Historical Data > Reload and select your instrument.

        Then, close your chart and open a new chart. Make sure your last date field is set to Today's date.

        Then, open your chart and you should have the correct bars displayed on your charts.

          reload historical data

          Thank you NinjaTrader_Ryan, I already tried that, It didn't work. Is any one else having this problem with the new version and Zen Fire?

            Hi Latil:

            Thank you for your reply.

            I am not for certain why this is occuring. The proper procedure of reloading historical data and checking to make sure the last date field is set to today's date should properly load your chart data.

            Since this is not loading your charts successfully, would you be able to send us a note to support @ ninjatrader dot com and reference this post.

            We can further discuss via direct email and login to your pc to verify what is happening with your charts.
