Have to re-enter login details etc every time i start up NT

Hi,

New user here, so bit unsure if this is a normal event or not. I have loaded NT6.5 into XP, all fine, everything working OK from a software start up point of view.

But, every time I start NT I get asked for the NT SIM serial Number again, every single time, tried saving a workspace but it just reverts back to default when I restart NT again. Bit of a pain, and I have to add the ZenFire Data connection feed too every time, it wont save the input details...

Any ideas as to why this is ?

I see we're working on a different post as well.

What happens if you enter the license, exit the sofware, reboot your machine and then restart the software. Is the license still listed and is your account connection there?

Yes, we are working on another as well. The other is obviously more important.

OK. Am restarting now. This is not the important problem, so will leave this one till the other one is resolved "if" this restart does not work... Have to get the connection sorted first obviously.

Didn´t work, asks me for my valid license key again.

Had to re-input the data feed etc in again too....

Back to this issue later, after the data is coming in. Thanks.

Send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and include your Zen-Fire username and password. In addition, put 'For Vince' in the subject.

Also, disconnect so I can test on my end.
