    New Client - Can´t connect

    Hi,

    Been meaning to move over to NT for a long long time. Have made a move over this weekend but having problems getting any data in.

    I am "connected" with a ZenFire Feed, says connected lower left corner. I am choosing some instruments to chart, but then remain blank. Have attached screenshot of my "Control Center" to see if there is something silly that I am doing wrong ?

    Try to open new chart or DOM, and its blank etc.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi,

    Can you open up a Static SuperDOM and then select the ES 09-10 and see if data is coming in. If there is, open up a chart for the same instrument as well with a 1 Minute interval and 5 days back.

    If no data is coming in, please check the log tab in the control center for error messages. In addition, let me know if it is V6.5.1000.16 you're using. You can check this under Help--> About.

      The Static SuperDOM is blank whatever instrument I choose.

      The Log Tab in the CC says zen:Primary connection = Connected. Price Feed = Connected

      Opened the Help About, and it does say Version 6.5.1000.16

        OK. Something just changed. I have the control centre connected to ES 09-10, thats the first time I got that to work... top right of the control centre the Bid Ask etc is now coming in.

        Soon as I change it to CL it stops running in the control center.

        Still can not get data on a chart though, or DOM etc. Not even for the ES which will work in Control Center.

          Hi,

          Try resetting your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset Instruments, then restart the software and see if you can get data for the instruments in the DOM. When you do, open up the Chart and see if you can chart the instruments as well.

            OK. Reset the instruments, restarted the computer and started NT back up again.

            Reconnected to Zen. No problem. Have the ES data in the control center, no problem.

            Opened Chart, says "loading data", can not be aborted... bla bla... then comes up BLANK. ES 09-10 chart open, with no data coming through it.

            Nothing in DOM either.

            Just noticed that can not select "account" on the DOM ? Instrument yes, but below it the "account" is grayed out.
