BuytoCover orders(trailstop) cancels?

BuytoCover orders(trailstop) in the pending window when i change the chart timeframe(strategy activated) from 10m to ticks....it cancelled all the order with that particular instrument....

should i avoid doing this and open another tick window?

in cases this happens...how do i reactivate them? The are still there in the control center Orders tab...but cancelled...

Hello Oil_Trader,

Yes, I suggest to create an additional chart that will use a tick interval. When you switch intervals in the chart that has the strategy running, it will cancel the strategy and it applies the strategy on the new interval.

You could submit orders manually to reactivate the orders. Unfortunately you cannot restore the cancelled orders itself.
