back up NT on separate PC

I loaded NT with the futures broker acct log in on a separate computer as a back upsystem and notice that I am not seeing the positions displayed in the account that are in the active acct.

I dont understand this?

What happens when you connect on the second computer and then open up a SuperDOM for the same instrument? Does the order show up there?

In addition, is this in the Live or Sim account and what are the license(s) you're using? Are they Sim or Live licenses? If it's a Live license, be aware that you can only use the Live license once at the same time. Otherwise you would be in violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA).

We removed your last post. Please do not post your live license on the forum.

Please send us the log file from both PC's.
You'll find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log folder.
Today's file would be named 'log.20100830.txt'.

Please send those files to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com and include 'ATTN: Brett - 361280' in the subject line.
