ninja automatically rolled es to dec

this am i noticed ninja automatically rollled me to the dec ex monht and the roll date is not till thursday. it has no option to move back to sept. how do i do that?

Hello:

Thank you for your post.

From the Control Center, go to Tools > Instrument Manager > Select the ES contract from the Available Master Instrument List and change the expiry month to 09-07.

Then, re-add the instrument to your Default Instrument List.

Now, you will be able to select the ES September contract.

when i go the available master instuments how do i change the contract?when i go down the list to the es and hit new or edit a box comes up. how do i change the month back to sept? i see nothing in the box to chane the month?

Hi:

Once you have highlighted the ES contract, please do not select New or Edit.

Below those options, there will be a drop down menu listing the expiry month. Change the expiry field to 09-07.

Then, re-add to your default list by clicking on the '<' button.

In the help guide link, the number 3 option is in reference to changing the expiry field.
