    Problem v historical range charts

    Hi,
    I try open a 15 range chart for NQ 03-10 for date 01.01.2010 - 11.03.2010. But I get a blank chart (no loading window). When I try same instrument and same date for 5 min period = everything ok. I have NT 6.5.1000.16 and ZenFire for data. I try open a new workspace and reset my instruments too. Thank for advice.
    PS - NQ 09-10 from 10.06.2010 till now works.

          I am having a similar problem. I downloaded v 6.5 and can bring up an SI 12-10 chart with minute bars, but I am unable to bring up a daily chart.

          Please help!

            Hi, I tried open new chart and still got blank chart! A few times flashes a loading window then blank chart. I don't understand why minutes chart works perfect and range doesn't. I dont know what to do. Maybe if you export me you data it will working?

              Can you send your log in credentials to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. We will test then if we can get it up. When we do we will follow up with instructions or schedule a call to set this up for you.

                  nepenthean, unfortunately we would need those to test the connection, however lets take it a step back: which provider are you using? Not all support historical daily data -

                      These files can be found in the (My) Documents folder in the following folders:
                      1. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
                      2. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

                      (see screenshots for examples)

                      If you are using NinjaTrader 7 then just substitute 7 for 6.5 in the file path above.

                      Make sure to attach these text (.txt) files to your response/email.

                      Please let us know if you can answer any additional questions.
