Cannot Connect to Multiple Brokers

Hi...I have a multi-broker license and, for the first time, tried to connect to both Zen-Fire and Vision Financial. I tried the connections in both sequences. The first connects ok and then the 2nd one fails with the message "Login Failed: There can only be one hosted adapter running at a time".

So I then tried connecting to eSignal 1st, and then the two brokerages. Same result: the last brokerage fails with the above message as well.

I am running NT 6.5. What could I be doing wrong?

Thank you for your note.

This message is as expected. Both Zen-Fire and Vision use the same API to connect to data. Unfortunately, only one instance of this API can be in use at a time.

How is a multi-broker licensee supposed to know a priori if he can connect to an additional broker? Are there any guidelines? Since 'adapter' is mentioned in the message, is this related to Fix? What is the API that has the conflict? Are there any workarounds?
