Problem loading chart for GC (gold)

Hi.

I'm using Ninjatrader version 6.5 with a Trading Technologies feed. Recently I tried loading a chart for gold (GC) but was unable to. I changed the exchange mapping from nymex to globex, and was then able to get data for static superdom, but everytime i try to open the chart, it says that the exchange is not supported. Is there anyway I can solve this?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately only real time data will be available while connected to Trading Technologies and viewing the GC instrument. Historical data is only available for GC on the Nymex Exchange.
