KineTick Feed

Hi

I singed up with KineTick a week ago ... of the 4 of seven days it has been running it has frozen half way through the session.

Is this a known feature?

Hi murfinp,

There is no known issues like the one you are describing.
Did you get any errors? (pop up or in the Log tab)
Can you clarify "freezing", does the entire computer freeze, certain data? Something else?

I'm having the same problem of data freezing. Did you ever figure it out. I've been talking with tech support and have not been able to figure it out.
I'm on win7x64.

No I gave up and went with iqfeed ... excellent feed with no issues so far!
