Having what seems to be a minor Market Replay issue

Hello,

The replay connection is ok and the window that looks like a VCR control panel is functioning fine, but when I open a new chart (after I establish the replay connection), the chart is blank. I looked at the video instruction for opening the market replay. The only step I didn't (couldn't) complete was to un-check the "include today's data" since that NT version seems to be older. See attached to see how I opened the chart window. Can anyone help?

Please answer the following questions so I may further assist:

• Can you confirm you enabled Run market replay recorder.
• What instruments are available when you right mouse click within the Market Replay Controller window and choose Available Instruments
• What data feed provider were you connected to during recording?
• Are there replay files shown when going to the Control Center-->File-->Connect-->Market Replay
• Do you have the correct instrument selected that you recorded data for?
• Do you have the correct start and end date selected when opening a chart to reflect the recorded date of the instrument?

Your checklist helped me troubleshoot it. I was looking at an instrument that wasn't recorded. I knew it was something simple. I just needed to be pointed in the right direction.
