Missing Data

Why am I suddenly missing 15 minutes of data from 9:00 to 9:15 on my future indices charts? It seemed to happen suddenly. Zen-fire is my data provider.

Thank you for your post.

Please right-click on the chart & select Reload Historical Data.

If that does not resolve the issue, the repair the NinjaTrader database.
1. Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
2. From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
3. Select the "Misc" tab {use “Data” tab if using NinjaTrader 7}
4. Press the "Repair DB" button
5. Press the "OK" button

Please let me know if this does not correct the issue.

I already tried to reload historical data. I'm not getting any feed whatsoever on crude. Will try the fix you recommend.

That did repair the index charts. However, still getting no feed for crude.

Also, the pivots on my volume chart are completely different than the pivots on my minute chart. This is abnormal.

You will want to confirm that your CL’s symbol settings match the ones in the screenshots I have provided.

Let me know if you are able to see data for CL 10-10.

Yes, that fixed the problem for crude. Thank you. However, my pivots still don't jibe.

In order for the Pivot outputs to match you will need to make sure they receive the same inputs. Please itemize the inputs for both to determine whether or not their input settings match.

Well, this isn't usually a problem. Oddly, the crude pivots match but the others don't.
