I am currently trading equities with MBT
I am interested in automating some of my trades using NinjaTrader.
I request some direction as to how to go about doing this.
I simply wish to:
-upload a list of stocks prior to market open from my own scan
-if any of these stocks decline a certain percantage below their open, a limit order to buy would execute. Ninjatrader would have to monitor and autoselect which stock(s) meet this criteria. Can NT do this?
- a limit order to sell at a certain % below entry(StopLoss) or a certain % above entry(ProfitStop) would immediately follow
-if one of the 2 orders occur by end of day, the other is canceled
-if neither order is met, exit at either market close or market open the next day
-allow only a max # of trades/day
Please advise if NT can do this, especially if it can continuously monitor a watchlist of stocks and automatically enter trades based on the above entry criteria.
