    Error/closing down

    Hello,

    I'm not sure where to post this, so I'll try here.

    I was running the NT7 and encountered a problem..... "NT hes encountered a problem and needs to close. The data was written to a trace file. Send this file via e-mail." or something like this.... What trace file and what address do I send the e-mail to??

    I tried restarting the computer and tried running NT7 again and the same as above happened.

    Thank you for your post.

    In order for me to understand what may be taking place with your set up, please send the most recent Log & Trace files.

    They can be found in your (My) Documents folder at the folders:

    1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt


    Please include a reference to this thread & make it to my attention. You can email it to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.
