External Data Feed not working / TradeStation

Hello,

I have attached EL strategy called "NTExternalFeed" to TS chart CLV10 using a daily time interval, but cant get the CL prices coming through in NT simulation mode?

Can someone else see the same problem?

The other symbols seem to work fine.

I'm using TS version 8.7 (build 3085). And NT version 6.5 build 1000.16

Hello Rod,

Can you please check if you setup the correct symbol mapping as per the CL instrument in NinjaTrader. Please see the link below for information.

Make sure CL is reflected next to 'External' under the Misc-tab.

Do you see real-time data if you select the CL 10-10 in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?

In addition, do you receive data if you insert the NTExternalFeed into a TradeStation CLV10 minute chart?

Thanks Jason for your help. The mapping was wrong for CL next to External in Misc.
