Is the contents of the Output window saved anywhere,, I have trace orders on... Is there a way to save the output to a file automatically.. I have some orders that trigger fine in historical data reload but are not firing during real time... The trace and log doesn't show anything..

Unfortunately there isn't an option to save output results to a file automatically. You would have to work from these reference samples for writing to a file:
For debugging your strategy order issues - use plenty of Print() statements and follow guidelines here:
