Backtest Multi-Strategy analytics NT6.5 or NT7

I am running lets say 2 Strategies

Strategy A - EUR
Strategy B - GBP

Is it possible to run them simultaneously instead of one by one?

And how about the reporting? Can it break down the report in a like a tree.
Much like how you are segregating the Long/Short/All.

At the moment I can only backtest 1 Strategy at a time.

Is this a new feature in NT7?

Hello Oil_Trader,

Yes, you can run multiple automated strategies simultaneously - they will be run separately from each other.

You can generate separate reports by clicking the 'Advanced' button in the Account Performance-tab and enabling the instrument + strategy to your liking.

It is possible to open multiple instances of the Strategy Analyzer to perform multiple backtests.

I am using 6.5...I dont see that feature anywhere.

Yes I can run 5 insturments in 1 strategy. What I am referring to is different strategies.

What about aggregate reports?

You can open another chart and apply another strategy. The Strategies-tab will allow you to start multiple strategies as well in NinjaTrader 6.5.

You can enable the instruments and strategies you like in the Account Performance-tab to generate aggregated reports. Please see the link below for more information.
