Problem with range chart

Problem with range chart

Hi, I use two charts 5mins and 15range. From last friday (heh 13) i have problem display 15range chart. I open NinjaTrader and both charts are displayed correctly. But when I connect to data feed (ZenFire) only 5min chart repaint the 15range chart remains blank with "Loading Data - This request can not be aborted" window above. So I try restart NinjaTrader, restart Windows. Nothing help.

Thank you for your post.

1.) Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)

2.) If you open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) and add a new range-interval chart there within, does data load fully?

2.) Yes! When I open a new workspace and add a chart data load fully. Thank you for this advice!
