error connecting to kinetick

I tried to connect to my new kinetick account ... I get connected atthe bottom of the screen but "connection" "connection" keeps coming out of my speakers and is chewing up the cpu so i cannot do anything

please help

Please allow me to gather a little more info:
1. Do you here an audible voice saying "Connection" or just the chime associated with a regular connection (like with Simulated data feed)

2. What beta version are you using? (Help>About)

3. Can you please try restarting your machine, then let me know if the behavior persists.

i am using version .16 .... and i hear a voice saying commection ... I'll try rebooting

I tried rebooting and still have the problem. I hearing a voice sayin connection continuously and the connection chime .. thanks

What is the full name of the version you are using, for example "NinjaTrader 7.0.0.19"

Will do .. doing it now ... one other thing if i have kinetick as my main feed and esignal as my back up get i get futures from kinetick and fx from esignal

Hi murfinp,

NinjaTrader will use all available data from the primary connection, if no data is available for an instrument type from the initial connection, it will "look" to the second for data.

If you connect to Kinetick first, NinjaTrader will get as much data from Kinetick as possible, even if it's delayed. It will only access eSignal fx data if no fx data is available from Kinetick.
