softs futures data problem

hi

i am looking at softs futures data

i currently use zenfire as my broker for tick data + most trading.
i use IB for historical data.

zenfire displays KT futures or SB futures as 100x the price + tick size as IB data

is there any way i can make the IB data change by a factor of x100 so minute data history load is the same as zen fire realtime ticks ?

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums.

You can adjust the price factor for most providers / instruments.

Click Tools > Instrument Manager > Identify SB and click Edit > Then Misc tab.

Using a pipe symbol | after sb can specify a divisor. To increase by factor of 100 for the IB connection, use:

SB | .001

i just tried this + now it gives error :

"Error in requesting historial data from IB: Invalid destination exchange specified(200)"

also i tried using SB | .001 as SB|.001 >> same error

please can u help me further

Hello alexgg,

Sorry, this most likely won't work with this connection. Can you please send a note to [email protected] to continue there? Our IB account is not enabled for NYbot so I'm unable to compare values in NinjaTrader with what is expected.
