No charts but data being received

Hello,

I recently upgraded from 6.5 to NT7 Beta 19. Some of my charts work and some don't. For example, ES and ZN charts are displaying correctly. When I load the chart, I can see up to 21:00GMT on Friday but the charts are not updating after that time. Although all my charts for Eurex are working. I know I am receiving data for the ES & ZN as time & sales, level 2 and SuperDOM works.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get the charts to update?

I updated to NT7 on Friday and managed to use it without any problems for the whole day friday.This problem only kicked in when I connected Monday morning.

The only thing I have done different is I checked out the Kinetick end-of-day feature on NT7. I have checked my charts and they are all set to todays date.

I am using Zen-fire with Mirus Futures.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

TK, the free Kinetick feed option for NT7 would only offer end of day data, so intraday charts would not be feeded with this option.

If you're working with your ZenFire realtime connection, please ensure the session template on your charts (Ctrl F, Format Data Series dialog box) is set to allow charting outside of the regular cash hours that would be used per default. For example to achieve comparable NT 6.5 session behavior, please use the Default 24 / 7 session template in NT7.

It seems to be working now. I hadn't changed the session template to default 24/7.
