    Limit Order Issue with SuperDom

    Newb Question:

I am having a problem with the Static Dom and Limit orders. I can have the price at 111800 and put a limit order in at 111500 and it will fill immediately at whatever price is current like a market order. What am I doing wrong. This is very frustrating but I know that it is something that I am missing regarding a step. This is all in simulator trading btw...but if it doesnt work properly in sim then I cant go live with this platform

    Help please.

    Hello rundatrack,

    Thank you for your post.

Buy limit orders must be placed below the current market price and sell limit orders must be placed above the current market price.

If you would like to place a buy order above the current market price, I would suggest placing either a Stop-Market Order by using the CTRL+Middle click, or a Stop-Limit order using the Middle Click. The same applies for sell orders.

Please review our Help Guide section on Submitting Orders:

Let me know if you need further clarification.
